1. These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw (the “Prize Draw”).

2. The Promoter is FitnessPlayer Sweden AB.

3. The Promoter’s registered address is Nytorgsgatan 8, 11622, Stockholm

4. If you have completed all the questions in the survey, you will automatically entered into the Prize Draw and you confirm that you agree to these         terms and conditions.

5. The Promoter will use your personal details in accordance with the FitnessPlayer Privacy Policy https://fitnessplayer.co.uk/privacy-policy/

6. Everyone who has answered all the questions in the survey by midnight BST on 31st May 2024 ( the “Closing Date”)  will be entered into the Prize         Draw and eligible to win a Prize.

7. The prizes are [insert name]  headphones ( the “Prizes”) and the winners will be the first two entries drawn at random from the names of the entrants     after the Closing Date.

8. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Prize Draw or the Prizes will be entered into.

9. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the close of the Prize Draw by email. If a winner of cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days   of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right redraw the Prize(s).

10. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an email titled FitnessPlayer Prize Draw to 
support@fitnessplayer.se

11. There is no cash alternative and the Prizes will not be transferable.  Prizes must be taken as stated.  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with others of the same or greater value.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Prize Draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

13. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.

14. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from the Prize Draw or occurring to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of a Prize.

15. The Prize Draw is subject to the laws of England.
